After the exhibition, Bao Jibing actively accompanied customers to visit a number of suppliers, and visited the relevant domestic cases. For example, he led customers to visit a port to show the actual use of 20 five-ton new energy loaders. Through the field data, customers fully understand the significant advantages of new energy vehicles compared with traditional oil vehicles in the use of cost.

In further understanding the local market situation, Bao Jibing conducted an in-depth analysis of the power infrastructure and equipment usage scenarios in the African market. Despite the traditional instability of power supply in Africa, customers choose electric loaders because of the variable quality of oil, poor security and the risk of oil theft, especially in the palm oil, cotton and food industries, where the safety and cleanliness of equipment is very high.

In order to better control costs, the project team also chose cost-effective transportation methods. Due to the high cost of ro-ro shipment and the stricter transport requirements of dangerous goods by rail than by sea, the project team worked closely with Changlin Factory to redesign the original fixed handrails and other auxiliary parts and adopt bolting connection to meet the requirements of container transportation. At the same time, the team also learned from the packing cases in the industry to ensure that the 6-ton loader can be successfully loaded into the cabinet.

In addition, in order to ensure the normal use of new energy loaders, the project team also provided charging piles and related wires. For the local power regulations, the team in-depth understanding of the charging pile concrete embedment, access distance and voltage requirements, and detailed the cost per meter of wire (up to 400 yuan), to ensure that the overall cost of the project is controllable.

Due to the large differences between new energy products and traditional products in terms of connectors, transmissions and transmission systems, the company also sends service personnel to assist customers to receive equipment, and verify the feasibility of the first packing and whether the cruise capacity of the equipment meets the requirements of customers.

In the entire transportation process, due to the different reporting requirements of various ports in China on batteries and transportation conditions, the project finally selected Changzhou port as the shipping port, and successfully completed the shipment. Changlin Company worked together, responded in time and cooperated with battery manufacturers to complete the signing and sealing of the relevant report within 15 minutes, which provided great support for the smooth promotion of the order.
